New Weekly Yoga Group !!

YOGA FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH - with Totally Yoga lead Sarah.

FRIDAYS AT 11:15 AM 

We here at Basildon Mind are glad to announce our new weekly YOGA classes. These sessions will focus on the correlation between physical and mental well-being.

Each session will blend 60 minutes of light physical exercise with activities to enhance mental health, followed by 30 minutes refreshments and conversation.

This class offers a unique mix of gentle yoga, relaxing breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness to support both mental and physical health.

The minimum physical requirement is the ability to climb stairs and sit on the floor. You can wear normal sports kit.

We have a grant to run this group free of charge for 2 years.
