Governance

Mind in Basildon is governed by our Board of Trustees.  Board members oversee the strategic direction of the charity holding the Senior Management Team to account and scrutinising their decisions.  Board members serve on a voluntary basis and receive no payments for their services.  

We are fortunate to have a strong Board of Trustees with diverse experience and skills. We are proud to include people with lived experience of mental health issues as well as people with experience in the fields of Mental Health, Social Care, Finance, Management and other disciplines.
